0% Purchases Bad Credit Rating Cards?

There are only two that I'm aware of. Silver Sygma and Capital One but are there others? I say I have a bad credit rating but that's due to my income and not due to CCJ's or anything like that, I always make at least my minimum repayments and truth be told I always set aside the money in a high interest account anyway much to their annoyance no doubt..mwahahaha.
Still if anyone knows of any others it would be much appreciated...balance transfers are fine too but I'm looking mainly for purchases. (My search yielded little)
Thanks
Edit: I see I've been labelled a newbie. I may have registered before but I'm not sure what username or email address, so here we are again I guess. Nice to meet you all ^_^

Be Warned: Any decision made by ATOS should be treated with the contempt and suspicion in rightly deserves. If in any doubt, make sure to appeal any and all decisions by ATOS. Do not take their word for it, do not give them an inch of trust.
When judging if ATOS were fit for work, it looks like they self-assessed. //Rant-Disclaimer End.

Unless you already have a 0% card it's the card companies who are laughing, not you. The rates in your savings acct will be far less than what's being charged on your cc. You'd be better off paying it off in full from your savings.0

Ah...I use the promotional rate of the 0% for three months from capital. Damn them bringing out a six month 0% a month later! I do not treat credit cards as I should, while I lend money from them I always shove the money aside so that come the end of the promotional period I can pay off in full. It's mostly gearing up so that if I can ever get a hold of a 13mo credit card >.>; As it is the interest rates don't bother me as I'll never be charged them but thanks for your concern :PBe Warned: Any decision made by ATOS should be treated with the contempt and suspicion in rightly deserves.
