Travel Channel Competition Rules
By taking part in this Travel Channel Competition or ‘Giveaway’ (as appropriate), entrants agree to be bound by these rules.

• Valid entries to be in the English language.
  
• Closing date for the competition is 30th November 2011
  
• The prize is non transferable and may not be redeemed for cash
  
• Flights, transfers, travel insurance or gratuities are not included
  
• The prize cannot be redeemed during May, June or September 2012 . In other months, winners can choose their own date of travel (subject to availability). This itinerary is available in the reverse direction. Port sequences, places visited, tours and times may vary or differ from published information.
  
• Cabin grade at the discression of Viking River Cruises and will depend on availability on dates selected
  
• It is the responsibility of the Prize Winner to be present at the appointed times and places during and prior to departing on the cruise. If the Prize Winner is not present for any reason or arrives late at any stage, they will forfeit their prize.
  
• The judges' decision shall be final in all matters relating to the Competition or Giveaway.
  
• No employee of Travel Channel, the prize provider or their families shall be eligible to enter.
  
• The prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and is not redeemable for cash or exchange.
  
• Unless the Competition details clearly state otherwise, the winner of a Competition is chosen randomly from all entrants as identified by our Adjudicator. Subsequent or runners-up prizes are awarded as above and as appropriate.
  
• In the event a Prize Winner is unable to take up a prize, Travel Channel reserves the right to award the prize instead to the runner-up.
