Buying an ex-rental car with doubtful service history

As above give Kia a call to check if they carried out the servicing - but it sounds to me like the car has not been serviced as per the warranty t&c's. If you needed to make a small claim I doubt it would be too much of an issue - if something particularly nasty was to go wrong I can almost guarantee Kia would state the car was not serviced as per the warranty conditions and please hand over £x,000.
Hertz can tell you whatever they want about it being "within tolerance" but they don't state the terms, Kia do.
Also remind yourself - there's nothing faster than a hire car!0 -
