 I bought a silver Pandora bracelet last November from their Oxford Street Branch, it was for my partners 40th this February, as these are pricey items I bought a few bits each month, easily spending over £400 in this one shop.
The bracelet just fell apart on Saturday, the silver clip at end just fell off, if I had not seen it myself I would not have believed it, it was not caught, it literally just dropped off her wrist.
I took it back today to the shop, the "child" that served me said "Oh its broken", I explained what had happened, he said "what do you want me to do", I said well can it be repaired, he said "I think so", went and got an envlope took my name, I said how long will it take and how much, He said "well it be need to be assessed, then probaly between £7 and £17".
I said could I have the number of the shop so i could call to check if it had been repaired, he said No as he did not know the phone number, I insisted and he eventually wrote down a number, I could tell he wanted to usher me out the shop as their were customers waiting to be served. I asked again loudly how long would it take, he avoided the question and suggested it may be easier to buy a new one for £65. I said no, and again asked How Long it Would take ???
He then replied 4- 8 weeks as they post their repairs to Thailand :mad::mad:. I feel this is absolyley disgusting and am raging so needed to get it off my chest, and wondered if any other customers have had a similar issue ???

yep i had same problem , mine fell apart. i got them to fix it for free though in there own jewlers.
however it broke again where it was fixed as the braclet wasnt as flexable.
i complained but ended up buying another braclet for half price.0 -
I've worn mine every day for over 2 years, it's full of beads. No problems at all.0
