Cancelling a flight with Ryanair?

Can anyone help? Please bare with me.
I have just made these figures up.
There are two of us flying say £20 each, each way plus £20 per flight in tax
so total:
Flights : £80
Tax £80
Ryanair do not refund flights if cancelled but say they refund some tax per person.
Does anyone know how much of the £80 tax they would refund?

The only flights that Ryanair do that would attract more than £10 tax from the UK are to Marrakech & Fez - and the tax on the return leg is £13.
For most flights the tax from the UK would be £100
