Placed an order (roughly 10days ago) which consisted of a dress and 2 tops which were in the sale. I had a code for 25% off, lucky me I thought.
The order arrived on Friday. I opened it to only find the dress :think:
I looked at the dispatch note and it had the tops listed as 'CANCELLED' hmmm I didnt cancel them, so I check the website for the top incase they are out of stock and it was a mistake to have been able to order them. But alas they are still in stock according to the website.
I found a 'contact us' link and send of an email asking where the tops are.
I havent recieved even an automated response yet, let alone an answer to where the tops are and why they are cancelled.
Fair enough if it was an error on their part but just let me know!

Anyone else had problems with items being 'Cancelled' for no reason?
