Seen a 2nd hand Nissan Micra for sale privatley- looks ok but I don`t know anything about cars!

Should I spend £120 on an RAC check or a years warrantey?

    If you're spending a lot on it then a check probably makes sense; if it's an old banger then you'd probably be better off taking a friend who knows something about cars to look it over and also checking that it has a decent service history. Japanese cars generally seem to run forever if they're serviced properly.
