I wanted to end my subscription, there is no option to do this online or to contact them about it, this in it's self is annoying, If I can subscribe online why can't I unsubscribe online?

I waited until today as they do not open over the weekend, telephoned today, several times, to get a recorded message saying the office is closed and to call back between 8am and 8pm, customer service clearly isn't there strong point.
