Ordered a couple of spares from them on friday morning and they arrived in the post on saturday morning. The parts I bought from them were cheaper than anywhere else I could find. Very impressed. :beer:

Our oven went on the blink on Tuesday. A Google search turned up the forums and guides at ukwhitegoods.co.uk, which had some excellent advice and allowed me to diagnose the likely problem as a faulty element.
The range of parts and information in the online shop was impressive, with full listings of compatible models. I ordered a replacement element on Wednesday night and it was delivered on Friday morning!
The part cost £15 inc. a discount and a very reasonable £3 delivery charge. It ended up more than £25 cheaper than the official replacement part - this may sound dodgy but the emphasis of the site was on quality and the amount of information about their suppliers was reassuring.
Today I have a working oven that would have cost more than £100 to get someone out to fix. Can't recommend ukwhitegoods enough! :T0
