Car insurance refund - extras deducted?

They have £126.37 for the insurance and they're offering £73.25. I know it sounds like I'm being pedantic, but I read eCar insurance's terms and conditions cover to cover before I took out the insurance, but if I'd been able to see the finance company's terms then I wouldn't have taken it out in the first place and wouldn't have been subject to all these fees and charges etc.

But presumably you could have still taken out the insurance, using a difference finance option..?

So £45.44 when you take off the time on cover.

Unless there was something drastically unfair in the finance t&c's, you have no chance at all of getting anywhere with the FOS or any other route. I would call it a day I'm afraid.
