    Usually falls down near billing cycle time, due to 'everybody' trying to do their monthly bills stint on a Monday after their salary has gone in, try later on :o

    British Gas website is definitely not open for visitors.

    I used to lease a photocopier and whenever it went wrong, the engineer would turn up, look at it and say "What do you expect - you've been using it!"

    Why can't BG use a bit of its enormous profits to upgrade its website?

    I can get to main page but, logon page doesnt load it hangs for 5 minutes then go's blank..

    Same with me. The log in page does not appear at all. Quite a proof of their shambolic service :D
