Firstly, apologies for my absence over the past couple of days and the lack of updates.
I'm having a mega-busy time at work at the moment and I really needed some time away from the computer to give my eyes a rest.

Hi all
3 NSDs = 3/7 NSDs for me. These were 08/11/11, 13/11/11 and 14/11/11.
I don't normally manage Mondays as a NSD but today had a booked holiday from work. I was able to use up some ham in the fridge as a pasta salad. Also in the fridge was some Alpro chocolate soya yoghurt which I didn't like as a yoghurt so made a chocolate dessert. I did this using 2 sachets of chocolate orange options drinks, whisked these into yoghurt and put in fridge to cool and now have a low fat chocolate dessert which tastes a lot better than the yoghurt.

Rant alert - look away now
I'm feeling a bit grumpy today as my ear really hurtsI went to the Dr as it's been giving me trouble for a few weeks and she said I had an ear infection but it was now clearing up so leave it and if it wasn't sorted in the next couple of weeks go back. Well, it's been a couple of weeks and I am still almost deaf in one ear and it is still painful! Grrrrrrrrrrrrr.
Rant over.
Anyway, no NSD for me as I bought a mopBe the change you want to see in the world - Gandhi
