    thanks, yep, lost 7 stone, but have put 2 back on so trying to pull it back, although i forgot how much i love chocolate!

    i know the hip problems too, i walk with a stick cos of hip/back problems and it actually seems to have highlighted more problems then it has solved!
    Ok, ok, i need to go back onto Weightwatchers, lost 7 stone..... 2 back on, this has to change.....Help!!!:eek:

  • NSD#3 for Sunday and NSD#4 for Monday. Yesterday was a spend day but today will be NSD#5.

  • Hi all been missing for a bit been doing alot of silly spends so need to get back on the wagon these miserable days are making me hungry so i am spending on chocolate regularly must stop. Anyway pleased to annouce today was NSD 3:j not going to put any money in my purse so i can't spend anything. Been getting back to the routine with a few things as i need to get the house organised and decluttered for christmas

    Today was a preallocated spendy day BUT went for my first real crimbo shopping day and was overwhelmed with all the beautiful sparkly goodies that are very expensive:eek:

    I resisted so only got what i needed but not sure how long i can fight it, its just so easy to be sucked in and spend, spend, spend:o even with all my MSE tools/info/habits.

    i'm certainly not saying i don't want new tenants like yesterday, but i tell you, this having absolutely no spare money lark certainly focuses my mind on racking up the NSD's (& the freezer full of whoopsies is looking decidedly less full now!!)
