    Good morning all!

Just catching up with the posts - sitting here chuckling at all your car names! th_car-smiley-022.gif
We call OH's old $aab Bertha. Dont know why,but it suits her. She ( and she IS a she) got us through all that horrible snow last winter when everyone else in the street was skidding about in their posh motors! Plus she's got heated leather seats which put a bit of colour in your "cheeks" on a cold morning!;)

Got # 3 yesterday. I forgot to take my yogurt and fruit for lunch, so I had to buy it. However, I am classing that as an essential spend because I would have been very hungry otherwise!

More organised today - all grub is in my bag!

Starting early today as after today I am off for the rest of the week!:j

    Have a lovely day everyone:)

    Morning all :D

Aiming for NSD 2 today - I'm coming home from work for lunch and am flatly refusing to get anything from the supermarket until tomorrow which is my normal top up shopping day. It's Fat Club day tomorrow as well and I need to get some snacks :o

Have a good, non-spendy day if you can :D

We've had cars called Bessie (run down Fiat Uno), Dadcar (minging coloured Mondeo that was more suited to the school run than people in their 20s as we were at the time!) and Scraps (bought for £30 off the back of a scrap wagon, saving her from certain death) before we got Fred.

We quite like naming our cars :rotfl:

I call my banger "Beauty", even though it's anything but, just so I can say things like "C'mon my little beauty" and "You can do it little beauty" :)
I often talk to my car....it's the only thing that listens!!!

  • Oh, I do so like the car names and that I'm not alone with treating them as part of the family!:D

I've had quite a few cars over the years and will now have to go and make myself a list and try to remember all their names:)- the first (don't you remember the 1st everything;)) was Fifi Trixibelle and she was an ancient Renault 5 I learned to drive in.

ETA: aiming for a NSD today..... fingers crossed! Need to get those numbers moving up!

Went a bit crazy at the weekend so hoping to grab another couple of NSD's this week! Purposely left my purse in the car this morning so I don't use the vending machine and hopefully I don't need to pick up any wee bits and bobs after work.

Well done everyone is doing so well! Really hoping to grab another two this week and i'll be half way to target!

    Sxxx
  • Not been on for a few days, but have 2 more NSD to add
    So NSD # 4 & 5
Going to try to make another one today so that would be 3 in a row too:j
