PAs and Secretaries have always had the unenviable task of organising something or finding an unusual venue or doing something off the beaten track for their boss or organisation. It takes time effort and energy to do this and there are some fabulous ideas that get used once! In scotland there is a website called PAX specifically for personal assistants and Secretaries who have joined together. Example: A PA if you are looking for a Roman villa with a lemon trees to promote your company's lemon products - this is going to be awkward to find without spending hours scouring the web etc.. But on PAX she can post her request and get umtime responses from other PAs who might have done something similar or may have used a venue that would be just perfect..... Answers can come in minutes saves hours of scouring!!
