Can anyone give me tips on how to do target marketing on the web with a shoestring budget or even better free for mums looking to earn pin money for Christmas doing face painting, arts and crafts at local events like tabletop sales or festival markets.

I am a "newby" or "proby" so bear with me!!!

    You could adverise on the noticeboard section of the netmums website. Its a national site broken into local areas targetted at parents. they also do paid advertising. I run a PC repair firm and we've had quite a lot of business from it. We also buy a lot of stuff second hand from it.
