Can anyone give me tips on how to do target marketing on the web with a shoestring budget or even better free for mums looking to earn pin money for Christmas doing face painting, arts and crafts at local events like tabletop sales or festival markets.

You could adverise on the noticeboard section of the netmums website. Its a national site broken into local areas targetted at parents. they also do paid advertising. I run a PC repair firm and we've had quite a lot of business from it. We also buy a lot of stuff second hand from it.Here today, hospital tomorrow
