Ticketmaster - what happens if I move house before getting tickets?

My friend has bought tickets for a concert in June next year, but have since realised that he is moving house before then. As they will only ship to the billing address of the card he paid with, will they change the delivery address if he informs them?

Depending on what type of event it is, you can ask for your tickets to be left at the box office for you to collect.0
