Would really like an Avatar? Any ideas how?

Hi,

I have to come on here on my phone, and it has always said I can't post attachments. Why is this?

I can't put an Avatar on. I upload a pic from my phone and the url goes into the box but it won't go any further. I have tried photobucket and Tinypics but my browser won't work on the sites, going wrong all the time.

I did put a suggestion onto this site that for people like me, they could put a selection of avatars on the site so we could just click on one.
But, does anyone have any other ideas on how I can get one?
