Jenny xEverything happens for a reason0 -
Hi JulieJim - I used to run a Beaver Scout group and keep thinking about starting one up again, (we don't have one up by us but there is a vacancy for it - it's the one I used to run).
Loved doing it - stopped because my children grew out of it but were too young to be left alone - they are now 13 and 17 years of age so do their own thing most of the timeI loved preparing and planning the activities
Hmm what to do?
Jenny xOkay I'm in. Let's see how much I can get done tomorrow after Beavers.
I still need to make a jelly tonight ready for Beavers tomorrow - can't find my spiders to put in it though - I'm wondering whether I've thrown them away.Everything happens for a reason0 -

Thanks Dusty, Jue and Kazw for taking over.
Thanks Piggers, Toots and Asbo for all your hard work.
I will do what I can as I try to slowly return the house to normal. DW has been emptied, second WM load is mostly in the dryer (I have used far too much electricity today) and I am about to finish the last few bits of paintwork that need tidying in the newly-decorated room. Then bath and bed, as I need to get up early and get upstairs sorted for having the ceilings done tomorrow and get some more stuff put away before my access to upstairs is blocked off.
Must remember to sort out new curtain poles soon...0 -

Evening ladies,
Ooo - what's been going on? It's all change!
I've been wallowing in self pity for the last month for one reason or another.
I've just about got my head straight, and I'm back to join in the fun. I've missed you all anyway, not to mention the fact that the place is an utter $4it tip.Yesterday is history
Tomorrow is a mystery
Today is a gift
That's why we call it 'The Present'0
