How to hide hole in wall with cables coming out of it?

The thing jivebunny posted is just what the cable & satellite guys use to make things tidy for a single co-ax (aerial type) cable going through a hole, not for multiple, different, cables.0

is the wall solid or stud? as you could feed them out at skirting level. Other wise get the trunking, and paint it/paper it. As long as its not in your eye line you won't notice it. If you cant stick it to the trunking with paste use super glue....If you use a stanley knife to cut alng the join of the lid to the trunking, you can have access when you want.0
