Has anyone heard of cheaphotels.co.uk?

I'm looking at booking a trip abraod and came across www.cheaphotels.co.uk.
I'm unsure about them as they are based in the Virgn Islands and are not members of ATOL or ABTA (that I can find). As such I'm very twitchy about using them and wondered if anyone else has had any experience of them.
If I was to book, it would be via credit card to protect the transaction, but there's always the chance of a ruined break - or not one at all.
