Hi
This is the second occassion I have had a run in with this idiot. I believe this one operates in the Macclesfield/Whalley Bridge area and runs a driving school - twice now M100 TEC (registration plate on a learner car - Mini) has pulled a ridiculous maneovor on me. First time was when I went past him on a fast road and he was driving slow (no learner in there), he decided this was gouding for a race and hung onto my bumper and kept giving me hand gestures. Tonight at the traffic lights I went with the green light and this guy was behind the other set of lights on red. Anyway, when they changed he came right up behind me and over took, this was over speed bumps, he then proceeded to speed in this 30 mph zone and then went through temporary lights that were on red in the face of oncoming traffic, obviously because he did not want to look stupid with me pulling up behind him. Anyway, he is driving a sign-written car - how thick must he be!
I believe the company is called Mo Tec, but I cannot find them on the internet, in Yell and what-have-you. I want to report this idiot to however it takes to get him off the road. If anyone can help me find this company I would be grateful.

I have found the company to be Mototek driving school, now I need to find out how to report him to his ruling body0
