Message posted by Tesco yesterday...
"There is a website pretending to be from Tesco saying you can 'enjoy £170 worth of vouchers as a pre-Christmas gesture' if you 'share' through Facebook. This site is nothing to do with us and for everyone's online safety we ask you not to follow links to it or spread the message"

OP has spread the message NOT to click the link to the scam website and has only given us a link to the official T Facebook page where the warning was found
Of course T wants the message spread about the fake site as it is a virus and nothing to do with them!
They meant don't spread the message ie links to the FAKE site..0 -

That you cazzap.
texranger, I didn't give the link to the scam site, it was just a warning that if you see 'enjoy £170 worth of vouchers as a pre-Christmas gesture' if you 'share' through Facebook, don't click
Unfortunately there are others as well, Argos, Asda etc., and it appears that Facebook hasn't yet dealt with it.0 -

Ok my misunderstanding.
do you really think facebook will do anything about it as they dont even seem to be able to secure their own servers as how many times these last few months have facebook been hacked0
