Hi Guys,
I bought a DVD off ebay earlier on and paid via Paypal straightaway. I've just received an email from ebay saying that the listing has been removed for breaching one of their listing policies. It wasn't much, only 6 pounds, but I'd like it back!! Normally I would wait and see if it turns up, but chances are when a DVD is removed its cos it's suspected to be a copy.
Cheers!
Louise

I would still say you had a chance of it being delivered.
Copy or not, if you claim for non-receipt you won't get your money back if it arrives.
I'd wait a little while in case it becomes necessary to claim not as described. My TV is broken!
Edit: refunded £515 for TV 1.5 years out of warranty - thank you Sale of Goods Act! :j0 -

Louise,
If the seller hasn't been in contact or given you shipping details - contact PayPal and open a dispute. (They will ask the seller to prove the item has shipped.)
You only need do a chargeback if PayPal is unsuccessful at giving you a full refund. Usually you have around two months to start a chargeback depending on your credit card issuer."Money is truthful. If a person speaks of their honour, make sure they pay in cash."0
