Don't put your trust into an Experian score - it is not a number any bank will ever use & it is generally a waste of money to purchase it. They are also selling you insurance you dont need.

I saw this. Good that Vanquis offer a less extortionate (albeit still very high APR) card - however if you look in the T&C the Aquis card still offers APRs up to 69.9% APR depending on how you score.Cashback Earned ¦ Nectar Points £68 ¦ Natoinwide Select £62 ¦ Aqua Reward £100 ¦ Amex Platinum £48

I wonder if this is going to replace the standard vanquis credit card or granite?0

Vanquis have done 29.9% cards for a while, they used to call it the "Black Diamond" card. It's nothing new

If, however, you look at the T&C for Aquis and Vanquis you'll see they're the same - tiered APRs from 19.9% to 69.9%, the Typical APR on Aquis is simply lower because they target applicants with less-rubbish credit.Cashback Earned ¦ Nectar Points £68 ¦ Natoinwide Select £62 ¦ Aqua Reward £100 ¦ Amex Platinum £48

Anyone know if it's possible to upgrade to this from a well managed Granite card.
Similar to moving from a Cap1 Classic to Progress
And whilst I'm on the subject. Barclaycard Initial, is it possible to upgrade it to a Gold after a while?0 -
