Best offer on Turbo Lister?

I have used turbo lister a few years ago when I was selling a few of the same item but have only just started using it again as I have been attempting to list some BIN items ready for 10p listing day.
I can't seem to work out how to add the best offer option to my listings though. I can see the heading best offer but underneath it next to all my listings it just says No, No, No etc. and I can't work out how to change it to Yes, Yes, Yes. Any ideas?

Using Turbo Lister 2
Top right hand corner - Selling format
Under the "Buy it now price" box
You need to tick the box marked "Accept offers from buyers"
Don't think Turbo Lister 1 ever got that box, so you need to be using version 2

thanks for your reply
i'm using version 2, i only downloaded it yesterday
there isn't any box marked "accept offers from buyers" under the "buy it now price" box, only the quantity and duration boxes then under that i just have the headings for listing upgrades, and postage options with all my postage details and costs.0 -
Ok...um, really daft question I know but have you made sure you are listing as a fixed price auction as the box doesn't show until you choose that option from the drop down box.

hehe, yep its definitely fixed price in the drop down box and i have entered a buy it now price in the box underneath that
i wondered if it was because you couldn't put best offer in certain categories but i am selling in categories that i normally sell in with best offer on my BIN prices
i might be having some other problems aswell, i want to offer paypal, cheque, postal order and other (bank transfer) but the only options i have to tick are paypal and immediate payment required, no options for cheque, postal order, other or credit cards like they are on normal ebay listing forms0
