Sound like you have a composite cable connections, you should have connectors on the cable that are Red, White and Yellow (red and white are Audio) Yellow is Video, on your TV you should have sockets that are the same colour these plug into the TV and then you will need to select AV on the remote control until the PC is displayed. My Mind wanders, if found please return.0

Have you got all the leads plugged into both the graphics card & the TV?
You may have to unplug the monitor, it depends on your card, check the instructions as some times pressing "f4 / f5" on the keyboard switches the output of the graphics card. It may also be your TV is not capable of displaying the resolution of the card, try setting the graphics to 640x480 and see if that gets a picture. My Mind wanders, if found please return.0 -
what graphics card do you have (make and model)? as it may not actually be a TV out it could be an input only for Video camera. My Mind wanders, if found please return.0

It does have Video Out, so you should be able to connect it.
Is your TV HD ready? if so you can connect it via the DVI using a convertor cable.
You may need to do a driver update, AMD say there is a problem and you need Catalyst 5.11
