Fed up with eBayer on eBay!

Hi all
Im not really sure what to do now...
I listed this item (250912353054) on eBay, stated in the listing that it would be collection only from SG8.
The winning bidder has ignored all messages & invoices, I opened a dispute yesterday evening and woke up to a message from eBay stating that the dispute was now closed as the buyer has paid via paypal...great (?)
No message from buyer, they live in lancs, I'm in herts thats a good few miles away
Ive messaged them again and asked if they realise this is collection only as have had no correspondence from them to confirm when they shall be collecting the item or making payment.
My concerns now are:
a: If they collect, can you then dispute with paypal that the item was never posted and then receive a refund? As I will have no proof that they collected if you see what I mean? Or even be doubly nasty and reverse the pp payment?
b: Can I refund the payment and ask them to pay on collection?
c: What can I do if they still do not reply and do not collect the item? Where do I stand as eBay are not asking me to post it?!
Thank you

A) Yes they can pull th epaypal on colelcitons cam
No, paypal is offered on all auctions and must be accepted if used by buyer
C) Try phoning the buyer, and if they will not come and collect all you can do is refund the payment and try a mutual on them to recover your fees.I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the eBay, Auctions, Car Boot & Jumble Sales, Boost Your Income, Praise, Vents & Warnings, Overseas Holidays & Travel Planning , UK Holidays, Days Out & Entertainments boards.
