Windows 7 question

Hi Just got a new laptop with windows 7 on. I am sure this is a simple question but I cant find it. The bar at the top had the internet explorer icon in it, but my lovely DD thought she would drag it to the bottom bar to help me out, but it now seems to have disappeared totally and I cant find internet explorer in the start menu either - help how do i get it back as cant connect to the internet as cant find the program

Have a look in program files. Then make a new shortcut on your desktop.0

Another way is to type 'internet' in the search bar (without quotes!) and press enter .. that will stat Internet Explorer for you.
You can then 'pin it' to the taskbar , just right-click on the icon and pick .. 'Pin this program to taskbar'.0
