EON Homecare - does it cover timer switch

We currently have a Homecare policy with EON for our central heating and boiler cover. I have just altered the timings this morning after the hour change and it is really difficult to use as the buttons on the timer as they are all sticking. It is about 12 years old.
Does anyone know if replacement is covered under their Homecare policy or do we need to pay for a replacement ourselves? Can't find it in their T&C's

you really need to read the t&c's..... i found it easy enough.. infact on page 2:

Controls - means the programmer/time clock, room thermostat
(if fitted), cylinder thermostat (if fitted) and zone valves (but
excluding the fused spur switch and any thermostatic radiator
    valves).

    Hi shopndrop

Just to confirm ihateyes' reply, our central heating policies do include the replacement of faulty time switches.

This can be done during the annual service so let us know the buttons are sticking when we call to arrange a date for this work.

Give me a shout if you need any more details as will be happy to help.
