Alledged misselling..... they found their was uestionable selling techniques used by staff..... closed the centre on Friday, and will retrain 500 members of staff.....

They should be sacked.....unless the techniques were of course trained by Homeserve.........

The comment about "highest quality" made me laugh out loud. Their "partnerships" are subbies that work for pathetically low wages, and from what I have seen, conform full with the old adage about peanuts and monkeys.
I've been called out a number of times by people that had their boiler condemned as "not economically viable to repair" and on one occasion all it took was to reconnect a wire.:eek:

ive heard homeserve rarely replace heat exchangers..... beyond econ repair!!!
