Gosh - it sounds awful with the tenants. I hope they are paying the rent now?
I guess you need to concentrate on paying the debts off and then trying to get the money together to get the tenants out - hopefully they are looking after the place?

They are looking after the place, they have just laid new floor and decorated, all the while owing me!
Anyway, the car cost £410 all together not plus the cost of the mot which is what I thought, so I have a bit extra, then I counted out my penny jar, changed some foreign money and traded in a games console, which gave me £24, £39 and £60 oh and £8 for a scratch card which gives me £131 to put to the smaller ones. I have a few other things to sell, I just have to find the best place for them0
