Possibly - you could plead innocence but they may take the view that if you are ordering in bulk it is for resale, so for profit, and so take it seriously. HMRC may also want to see your books for your business, to see if you owe any other duty or tax on the profits.

Generally, stuff you buy from China is pretty safe to assume you're getting fakes.
  • Although being HMRC you may not want to ignore there letters and then have a inspector arrive.

Absolutely, never import branded goods from China.

You may be contacted by customs, in most cases you should be fine if you ignore their letters.

I didn't really know they where fake how the guy told me they are real headphones
it is only £200 for 10pcs i would say just destroy it to the custom..

Don't say anything to customs. They have seized and will destroy the goods, your only punishment will be the money you forked out for the headphones. Take the hit and treat it as lesson never to buy branded goods from China!

Don't contact customs under any circumstances.

How did you pay for the headphones? If it was with Paypal you may be able to open a dispute for having not recieved the items.

You right this a leason to learn from..what if in future buy unbranded items well i get in truble again..
