i purchsed an item on ebay last week from a seller who has not been delivered. i have bought from them before with no problem but i was contacted by seller on wed. to say ebay has suspended her whilst she confirmed details .
i have paid legitimately and i think the product should be send regadless.
her account shows NO LONGER REGISTERED.can this happen when under investigation or have i been had??

could be that they havent paid their seller fees/ had loads of claims against her/scamming /breaches in ebay policy...

I agrree, protect yourself with a claim immediately. If she has been suspended for a minor breach then there is no excuse at all for her not to be sending as usual. placed this "paid then seller becomes unregistered" in the search on ebay and it statesIf the seller is no longer registered on eBay, do not complete the sale. If you've already paid for your item, you should wait 7 days for it to arrive. If it hasn't arrived by then, you can open a case in the Resolution Centre to begin the process of getting a refund.0
