Confused about corner sofas!

This may sound silly but how do you know which corner sofa to buy?

Do you choose which side you want by the side its on when you are facing it or when you are sitting on it?

Sorry if its a bit of a confusing question but i just havent got a clue!

Just looking on the Tesco Direct website it says right hand facing and in theory if im sitting on it to get the corner on the side i want the right one should be correct but if the picture is correct it looks like it would be on the left instead!

Im utterly confused! Help!

Imagine you're stood looking at the sofa, right hand means the chaise section is to the right, left hand means its to the left.

Unsure how this helps? It has the list of sofas and thats it, this is what im looking at on Tesco Direct and thats what is confusing me!

Need something which tells me which one i choose for it to be the right way round in my room if you get what i mean.

I thought this but i was told earlier in the thread its whatever side its on when you are sitting on it and this didnt look right on the pictures.

You look at the pictures & read the words left & right.
