Who should own PHI policy for a houseperson?

Options
Should a houseperson own the PHI policy on them, or should their working partner?

All Im thinking is in regards to waiver of premium: it makes more sense to have the houseperosn own it??

Income Protection/PHI mostly the policy holder will own the policy. The main exception to this would be companies taking out policies on their staff.

With regards to Waiver most include it anyway in the price after the deferred period. Infact i cant think of any that dont.
