Repairing spoiler holes on boot

Does anyone know what the best stuff (and cheapest) to use to plug spoiler holes on my boot? I've got an old car so I'm not too bothered with finished result! I just want to do it myself as a secondhand spoiler is too expensive. Where is the best place to go? Thanks for any help.

is it just a regular metal boot lid??
you can find blanking grommets in motorist stores...basicly a rubber bung that you force into the hole
other ideas if your not fussy would be a suitable pop rivet or ive seen people use tape over the holes0 -
Yes, it's just a regular metal boot lid. Thanks for the help as I wasn't sure what the 'technical' term was for those plugs lol.0

yep ask for blanking grommets....get a rough idea of the size of the hole you need to plug...shouldnt cost much at all0
