Have an issue with hp cartridges installing into this printer error cartridge missing. Have looked on hp support followed all their advice but still no joy any advice anyone

    Are they genuine hp cartridges? I have this printer and it will not accept other brands.

    I don't think they are the right cartridges?? I buy 350/351. Also, the printer is not listed as one of the models for those cartridges on the page you link to.

    The page you link to says 300? Sorry, can't be more help, am not an expert. I have found the printer temperamental and mine will only take original hp cartridges, have also read that there are issues with out of date cartridges but have successfully installed those. I bought the XL last time so that I wouldn't need to bother with the installation process so often!
