My dear Henry carpet cleaner has stopped working

My dear Henry carpet cleaner has stopped working. This is my second one as I love the carpet cleaner. They last for ages. This one has suddenly stopped working i.e it does not turn on. Can Henry carpet cleaners be repaired?

Thank you.

It depends what's wrong with it. Have you tried changing the fuse?
If you will the end, you must will the means.
  • The Numatic Henry is repairable. The graphite points wear out and can be replaced. Its a DIY job if you are mildly usefull with a small screwdriver. BUT first see if the motor is freely turning. It might just be a small stone stopping the motir from turning.

Search out your local NUMATIC vacuum cleaner agents. or contavt HQ. There is little else in a Henry that can go wrong.

PS have you checked the fuse???? Doh!:money:
