Our kids have got wise to Morrison's Bettabuy chocolate being cheaper than a mars bar. They can even make a bar last longer than ten minutes now ;)

We did once try Tesco's but the kids were buzzing afterwards so have refused to buy it again.

Asda in Crawley were doing 200g bars of Asda Milk Chocolate with biscuit in it for only 24p! Needless to say, i bought all of it off the shelf! The funny looks i got when i put them through the self scan (24 pence.... 24 pence.... 24 pence.... 24 pence.... 24 pence.... 24 pence....24 pence.... 24 pence.... i could go on for ages but i won't!) Don't know if its still this price there but it was 51p in farnborough the other day.

Yes you can. If its really chocolate you like and not the sugar buy Lindt 85% or 70%. One square of that gives you a chocolate experience that lasts for ages and none of the unpleasant sugary aftertastes. Break it into small pieces and let it melt in your mouth... you could incorporate that quantity into any diet.

I suppose diabetic chocolate would work if you wanted a larger quantity?

    U sound like a conoisseur!!

I've not personally had the Tesco Value ones but the standard Tesco Milk Chocolate and Dark Chocolate are certainately very nice

Still can't beat paying a bit more for Green and Blacks for a treat once in a while tho! :T

Hmmm...A conisseur who pays 25p for their chocolate; like a wine conisseur who buys blue nun!

Lidl have a range of "pure bean" chocolates for example Amazon, Ecuador, Kenya.
    They are DELISH!

Suppose the idea is supposed to be a bit like single malt whisky.

I love the Tesco Dark Fruit & Nut (Fantastic at 55p I think)
And the Tesco Dark Mint - great stuff!
