This store, to me, is sometimes a necessary evil. Very rarely, if I need a bit of extra cash for silly treats, and have a few video games I haven't played in forever or an old phone I had forever ago, I sell them on. eBay isn't worth it anymore with all of the fees. As some of you know, they have the buy queue and the sell queue. I noticed, they always have 3 staff on the tills in the buy queue, which happens to never have any customers in line. The sell queue, however, is always half way out the store. They only ever have 2 staff on that side, one of which is standing there stickering stock. Then the only one working the tills, every time I swear, stops to sticker stock for about 10 minutes, leaving no one in the sell queue. The 3 standing over in the buy queue don't even call customers over, they shout "Anyone just buying" when it is painfully clear that no one is, in fact buying anything. You stand there, for 20 minutes, not moving. If they ever need to test anything, you have to get back in the queue and the whole thing starts all over again. The rest of the 20 staff in are usually hiding behind the counters cleaning the same area. I hate going in there, which is why I rarely ever do, but it's the same every time. It doesn't help that it smells really bad and they play terrible music. By the time 15 minutes has gone by and I have moved 1 step, I start to get irritable. What's so hard to get 3 out of 20 of the morons wiping down the same spot to get on the tills so the 50 people in line can get on with their day?!

Apparently they may offer up to £29 for an old mobile we have according to the valuation site linked to from MSE; not sure I want to risk a trip now though...Toyota - 'Always a better way', avoid buying Toyota.0
