do people not know how a debit card works.

you make a purchase online or offline

1) the money is taken from your account immediately.
2) the money is placed in a holding status (your online back accont will show account funds, available funds) account funds are whats in your account and available funds are what funds you actual have to use ( bank funds less whats in the holding status)
3) once the sellers bank calls and accepts your funds are these taken from your account (usually within 24 hrs)
4) if the sellers bank does not call/accept the funds these will be removed from then these will be removed from holing and will show again as available funds.

There is only one s and no hyphen.
It is mispriced.
