Center Parcs Website error there mistake Where so I stand
Has your wife sent an email to the CEO Martin Dalby regarding the matter as per advice given a week ago?
Although I have not had to deal with M Dalby, I usually find that I get a response to an email sent to a CEO within a day. If you have not had any response back I would forward again and state that you are concerned that you not have not had an acknowledgment of receipt or response despite sending the email a week ago.
I hope you get the response you would like in that that they are willing to honor all of your bookings, rather than just the one booking.
Were putting the finishing touches to the letter, e-mail today.
We had hoped to get it off sooner but due to commitmenets hadnt been able to tie up until today.
I will let the forum know how it goes.
