    Has your wife sent an email to the CEO Martin Dalby regarding the matter as per advice given a week ago?

    Although I have not had to deal with M Dalby, I usually find that I get a response to an email sent to a CEO within a day. If you have not had any response back I would forward again and state that you are concerned that you not have not had an acknowledgment of receipt or response despite sending the email a week ago.

    I hope you get the response you would like in that that they are willing to honor all of your bookings, rather than just the one booking.
  • Were putting the finishing touches to the letter, e-mail today.
    We had hoped to get it off sooner but due to commitmenets hadnt been able to tie up until today.
    I will let the forum know how it goes.
  • We have sent the letter last night direct to Martin Dalby.
    I received a read receipt this morning, lets hope they reconsider their actions.
  • C-Parcs phoned today and have honoured all 4 holidays.
    Very happy with the result.
