Enjoy a cruise on board the Azura for up to 17-nights for you and a friend to a destination of your choice; the Mediterranean, Norwegian Fjords, Baltic or Canary islands.

Full terms and conditions
1. Competition is open to Healthy Food Guide readers who are UK residents, aged 16 and over, excluding employees (or families of employees) of Eye to Eye Media Ltd, Carnival Plc, or anyone linked to the competition.
2. Website entries close midday Wednesday 30 November 2011.
3. Entries received after the closing date of the promotion will not be considered. No responsibility is taken for entries lost or delayed.
4. The winner will be drawn at random and the judges’ decision is final. No correspondence will be entered into.
5. The winner will be notified in writing within 28 days of the closing date.
6. The prize is an inside cabin for two adults on board Azura. The winner may choose any cruise departing between March 30 and December 4, 2012, of up to 17 nights in duration, subject to availability. This includes cruises to the Mediterranean, Norwegian Fjords, Baltic and Canary Islands.
7. The prize includes accommodation in an inside cabin, on-board main meals (excluding speciality restaurants – in which a cover charge will apply), entertainment and most facilities.
8. The prize does not include travel insurance, drinks, shore excursions, personal expenses or gratuities.
9. Adequate travel insurance is a condition of travel.
10. The prize does not include car parking or travel to/from Southampton
11. The prize is non transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
12. No complimentary or paid for upgrades will be given.
13. Entrants must be 18 or over at the time of sailing.
14. The winner will be bound by P&O Cruises booking conditions, for details see the P&O Cruises 2012/13 second edition brochure.
15. In the event of developments outside its control, the promoter reserves the right to offer an alternative prize of equal or greater value.
16. The winners may be required to participate in future publicity. The promoter’s decision is final and binding in all matters and no correspondence will be entered into.

Be careful with the form- I filled it all out correctly and ticked all the boxes to decline contact by all methods. Clicked submit and it said I hadn't filled in my title- so filled title in again and magically the box for 'contact by mobile phone messaging' had also unticked itself!!!!
