Another lovely shiny £2 coin donated by OH ~ suspecting it's guilt money after a further weekend of almost continuous gaming

What a good idea - gaming tax. I reckon this could be my answer to hitting the £10/day target!:rotfl:

Otherwise not a lot to report other than got some items listed on Ebay at the weekend. None of the DVDs sold, so I'm at a bit of a loss with those. There's some interest in the unused yarn though.

I'm wishing I hadn't had a try of my Estee Lauder freebie eyeshadows now! I could have sold those! :)

Oh and I'm still walking to and from work most days (£1 this morning) so feeling pretty healthy although it doesn't save much money. Went and forgot to bring my leftovers lunch in today though.... grrrrr... OH has volunteered to eat it up instead ....
I've got a plan so cunning you could put a tail on it and call it a weasel.
  • Just been to Post Office to send the items that ended on ebay last night and have £25.44 to add after all fees/postage.

My lovely Grandma gave me £20 yesterday to 'help us out' and my Mum paid for my £20 shopping:j:j:kisses3:

    So thats £220.21/£300

  • Morning all! I'm spending the morning catching up on surveys whilst lying on the sofa in my pj's nursing my aches and pains from too much dancing and vodka last night. Lol.

I have some nice add ons to do for my sig though! 4p roadkill on my way home last night, another £4.31 from ebay and the biggie is my hubby put a £2 bet on a horse because he was feeling lucky and he won £112!!! Can't believe it!!! He rarely puts a bet on, and he has given me the money to put in the debt pot. He really wants the new Halo game tonight/tomorrow. He has got some money on a gift card and needed another £20 to put towards it so have given him that which he is over the moon with so with deduct that from the £112 which means £92 for the pot. Off to update my signature! :D

I get fair amount from them, and because of the low payout threshold they are one of my faves. I used to save it up and cash out when it was up to about £25 so I didn't fritter it away, but now I always transfer money redeemed from surveys etc into a separate account it doesn't make any difference, so I just cash out every month, in the last week of the month usually so I get it in time to add on to this challenge!! :D
I've never not had enough to cash out.

When you login, and there is the section to Update your Personal Information, make sure that is filled in, and also right at the bottom make sure you've set the number of surveys you'd like to receive to the maximum option (which I think is 6 per month, though I often get more than that).
Are the surveys you do get from them usually the 2-3 mins ones for 20p ish or do you get the longer ones for £1-£2??

    I should join! :D

Just realised that stuff from a band I used to like when I was 17 is selling quite well on eBay.... and was going to donate all my limited edition vinyls etc because I couldn't figure out how to list them on Amazon!

I bought 2 limited edition box sets back in the days as well (1 for listening to, and 1 for keeps - yes... I know...) Now they are selling for around £65 each!! And I bought vinyls, even though I couldn't play them, just for the sake of collecting them. Now they are over £20 each!!

Does anyone else use Gratis Points?
I've had a link to join them from Vivatic, and signed up. Looks like the same system set up as SurveyHead, but was just after anyones opinions on them> Do they send lots of surveys etc, decent payouts??
