measure router traffic

Hi, can anyone recommend a free program which will monitor all my router traffic in easy to understand language.:rotfl:
I have a netgear router with 2 laptops and 2 desktops all wireless.
Recently my ISP, Supanet have been billing me for lots of extra Gb's When I checked their usage records there was 2.25 gb on a day that we were out and the laptop only went on for 30mins to check the mail :eek: There are other entries that just don't add up too :cool:
Now it could be someones busted my security or them scamming me.;)

Possible someone may be using your wireless. change the encryption level and encryption key.

Even though you may have been out, are you sure no one was downloading something, films or software.

All out together...house secure etc;);) Have used this BB site but not to monitor usage. Thanks

Yes maybe all out, but you positive no one left a lappy on to download.
