The customer services number for tickemaster +44 (0)8444 999 999. is leading to a dead line which is not very helpful as i'm trying to find out why i cannot print 2 Olly Murs tickets which i want to give as a gift, Emails to the online helpdesk are not responded to and i'm at a loss as to what to do next. Other than raise the query with them every day. I would be happy paying extra to have tickets posted to me and have asked that but no reply received yet.
Anyone got any ideas of how to get these tickets or speak to a person?
Thanks

I got to speak to a customer service rep before on 0844 4960444 so might be worth trying this number.0

Don't worry, its not just you. It happens sometimes to everyone and its happening now to many of us. Westlife tickets we have wont print as well as will a lot of others like Olly Murs won't print as well
They will open the ability to print at some point though could be anytime. TM won't be able to help you really. Been doen that path. Just be patient. They will work eventually.0 -
Thanks for the replies - patience is not my strong point, its good to know others experience similar problems! In future what would be good place to buy concert tickets from so I can get hold of them?0

The answer is still TM. TM sells 90% of of its stock as hard paper tickets. Remaining 10% (and only for selected venues) is by eTickets print your tickets at home variety.
You just got a venue with that ability...thats all0
