We've teamed up with ŠKODA, proud sponsors of The Classic FM Interview, to give one lucky listener a weekend away with full use of a ŠKODA Superb.
To win, you need to identify a mystery voice!
The base for your weekend will be the old hunting lodge of Henry VIII, Great Fosters in Egham, Surrey. Comprising of just 44 bedrooms, this intimate hotel is truly unique and has a rich and intriguing history. The hotel’s Saxon moat dates back to 500AD, the main house was built circa. 1550 AD and 20th Century guests include Charlie Chaplin and Orson Welles.
After checking in at 3pm on Saturday, you can enjoy an afternoon of exploring the hotel’s 50 acres of gardens or taking a scenic drive around the local countryside in your Superb. ŠKODA’s most luxurious car to date offers drivers and passengers executive levels of equipment, technology and build quality. Find out more about the ŠKODA Superb here.
Later that afternoon you can head over to the Main Hall to enjoy afternoon tea. As a member of the esteemed Tea Guild, this tea experience is one that won’t easily be forgotten. Here you and your guest can indulge in the most English of traditions whilst sinking into a comfortable sofa in front of one of the hotel’s fires.
That evening you will have a table reserved in the highly regarded Oak Room Restaurant which has been awarded 3 AA Rosettes and will be the setting for your four course evening meal. Specialising in modern English cuisine using the finest ingredients, the hotel offers an inspired menu of gourmet food.
After dinner you can turn in to your historic room: a spacious suite that is decorated with 16th Century tapestries and a luxurious four poster bed.
The following morning, after a hearty breakfast, you and your guest will take a scenic country drive in the Superb to Beaumont Farm Shop, where you can pick up some mementos of your weekend in the country. After Sunday lunch back at the Hotel you will depart home feeling pampered and refreshed.
For your chance to win, you need to identify our mystery voice.
