making a second chance offer

I've got something ending soon I'd quite like to make a second chance offer on. Not done one before, so not too sure about how they work though.

Can I add a message to the buyer? As I would like to describe the condition more when I do.

When your item ends, you send a second chance offer to the other bidders. Yes you can add a message.

Have you got more than one of the item?

Yes, that's why I want to make a second chance offer.

Bit concerned about the 'describing the condition more' bit - if it's that much different from the first one you should probably list it seperately.

you don't need to be concerned. It's in the same overall condition (probably better) but different in exact terms. That sounds a bit vague because I don't want to say what the item is, but hopefully makes sense.
