Personal Loan Help

Options
I have recently taken out another loan with the same company to pay the balance of the last loan with them and also give me some extra cash. I have looked at a statement that i received back in April of last year and it says that I had paid £145 in a Collection Activity Charge. I also believe that I will have received extra charges since then. Obviously thsi loan has been completed so all charges relating to that agreement have been paid. I also believe that I was mis-sold the PPI with the last loan. Having just looked at the loan agreement I have just received for the new loan PPI has been put on and this was never discussed at any point. I have since cancelled this on this agreement. I paid PPI on the last loan without even knowing it and this was never discussed also when signing up to the loan. Should I send two seperate letters. One for the PPI mis-sold and one for the unlawful charges. Or should I just send a S.A.R - (Subject Access Request) request and cover both subjects. The problem is that I dont have exact figures for what PPI I have paid and also what the total charges to the account were when closed.
